You probably have plans to party-hop on Monday or take your little witches and werewolves trick-or-treating, but do you have spooky celebratory plans for this weekend? Halloween Spirit Stroll: Friday, Oct. 28 from 7pm-12am, Baldwin Park. $25.
Take a ghoulish gallavant through Baldwin Park tonight and sample local Baldwin Park food and drinks? Hit the Spirit Stroll! Not only does this event involve spookily good libations, you’ll also be able to pat yourself on the back – proceeds benefit the Stock the Pantry Program, which helps provide food for kids in need over extended school breaks.
Night of Fright: Scary Ghost Stories: Friday Oct. 28, 7pm, Seminole State College Planetarium. $6
Snuggle up with your significant other or get comfortable with your little ghouls and goblins – spooky storyteller Country Joe Rosier will be sharing his scariest tales (with a theatrical twist) and they’re appropriate for all ages. It’s a great way to get into the Halloween spirit!
Plazaween XVI: Friday Oct. 28, Saturday Oct. 29, and Monday Oct. 31, Wall Street Plaza. Free admission.
Looking for a place to party? Check out Plazaween in Wall Street Plaza, where there will be great drink specials, live music, and costume contests where you can win free drinks for a year. Make sure you have a designated driver before you head out and break out your best costume!
Trick or Treat Safe Zone: Saturday, Oct. 29, Orlando Public Library, 10:30am – 3pm. Free admission.
Looking for somewhere safe to trick or treat with your ghouls and goblins? Head to the Orlando Public Library downtown; in addition to collecting candy, you can also check out a special kid-friendly Halloween show on the main stage at 1pm!

Orlando Zombie Ball: Saturday, Oct. 29, Venue 578, 7pm. $25-55
Break out the blood and guts galore -the Orlando Zombie Ball is taking place on Saturday night, and it’s your chance to show off your scariest costume yet. There’s an open bar until midnight, music, dancing, live performances, and a scare zone, in addition to a HUGE costume contest. Walkers, welcome!
Midnight Movies: Halloween: Saturday, Oct. 29, Enzian Theatre, 11:59pm. $11
Are you a classic Halloween movie fan? Check out the midnight screening of Halloween and watch Jamie Lee Curtis scream her way through the big screen. The film also includes an exclusive interview with John Carpenter, and you can also load up on delicious snacks available at the theatre, like fried oysters, pizza, or raspberry beignets!
