It’s Friday! That means the weekend is here, which in turn means you have two days to hit up some of the best breakfast spots in Orlando that you may not have time to visit during the week. Toyota of Orlando wants to help you maximize your breakfast experience, so we’ve compiled a list of some of the BEST breakfast spots in our City Beautiful. Go hungry, leave happy, and make sure you take home your leftovers!
KeKe’s Breakfast Cafe: Keke’s Breakfast Cafe has a little bit of everything, and it’s all fresh and made-to-order, so no matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. Their menu includes items like Belgian Waffles (we highly recommend the Pecan Waffle and Florida Waffle), pancakes (try the chocolate chip pancakes or the granola crunch), french toast and stuffed french toast, and omelets. The omelets, however, are where things start to get interesting – you can try dishes like the Cheesesteak Omelet, Italian Chicken Omelet, Hawaiian Omelet, and Barbecue Omelet. And if sleeping in is too important to you and you can’t quite make breakfast, check out their lunch menu – it’s packed with delicious dishes like a Portabella Wrap, Turkey Burger, or Carolina Chicken wrap! Keke’s is located in various places throughout Central Florida – find the spot closest to you!
Donut King: The Donut King is a renowned fixture in Central Florida, and you don’t want to miss out on everything they have to offer. Locals have been raving about this donut shop for ages, and with good reason! You’ll get options like red velvet frosted donuts, chocolate coconut donuts, apple fritters, heath bar donuts, and powdered jelly donuts! Not in the mood for something sweet? Donut King also offers tons of different egg dishes (like breakfast sandwiches and Cajun omelets), as well as lunch options like gumbo, jambalaya, and other delicious New Orleans treats! Check out both locations on US Highway 27 in Clermont and Howell Branch Road in Winter Park!
Dexter’s: Are you more of a brunch person? Check out Dexter’s in Winter Park, Lake Mary, Windermere, or Thornton Park! This incredible restaurant’s brunch is hard to beat – you’ll not only have great drinks specials on mimosas and Bloody Mary’s (just remember to have a designated driver ready to go!), you’ll also find unbelievable brunch food up for grabs. Explore menu items like Nutella Belgian Waffles with Bananas and Candied Walnuts, Dexter’s Benedict, a Plantation Breakfast, and a California Breakfast Omelet. You’ll also love Bacon-Wrapped Mahi Mahi with Havarti Cheese grits, as well as Ultimate Stuffed French Toast. You can thank us later!
