Big news – Save A Life Pet Rescue has more pups that are looking for their forever homes! What are you waiting for? Get down to their adoption events this weekend at the Oviedo Petsmart and meet all of them. This incredible organization rescues dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, so you’re bound to find the perfect fur-legged friend for you and your family. And not only will you be giving one of these precious pups a forever home, you’ll also be clearing a space for Save A Life to go out and rescue ANOTHER dog. It’s a win-win, so meet some of the pups you can get to know this weekend!
Maddie is a one year old Terrier/Daschund mix who weighs about 12 pounds. She is fixed and current on her vaccines, and will be at Petsmart Oviedo this weekend on Saturday AND Sunday to meet you! If you ask us, this pup looks like the perfect addition to ANY household. Come meet and greet with her!
Lux is a puppy that came from a litter of mixed breed puppies that are around 13 weeks old! She is ready to find her forever home, and will come with 2 sets of vaccinations, 2 doses of wormer, flea and heart guard prevention, and a spay/neuter. Who wouldn’t want to take this snuggly baby home with them? Come see Lux this weekend and see if she’s the pup for you!
Fan of the Walking Dead? This pup may be the perfect four-legged friend for you! He’s around five years old and great with other cats AND dogs, but he’s a bit nervous around kids so he’d do better in an all-adult household. Come give him a pat and say hello this weekend at the Petsmart Adoption Event!
Like we said, adopting pets from Save A Life Pet Rescue frees up more spots at the organization so MORE dogs who are being neglected, abused, or are at risk can be rescued and adopted. We are huge advocates of the method “don’t shop, adopt!”, and Save A Life Pet Rescue is the perfect way to find a four-legged friend AND do good for pets in need. Here are some quick facts to think about:
- About 3.9 million dogs and 3.4 million cats enter animal shelters nationwide every single year – that’s almost 8 million animals total! The animal shelters do they best that they can, but with limited resources and employees, the companion animals surrendered there are confused, scared, and often times in need of medical attention that’s difficult to give.
- Around 1.2 million dogs and 1.4 million cats are euthanized every single year – that’s almost 3 million animals a year.
Save A Life Pet Rescue and other animal rescue organizations and no-kill shelters can help reduce these numbers and save countless animals’ lives! That’s why it’s so important to adopt from them AND donate time, supplies, or funds to them if possible. We just had a raffle at our Orlando Toyota dealership and raised over $400 to buy much-needed supplies! If you’ve like to learn how you can help, give us a call – we’re ready and waiting for you at (888) 725-3520!
