Thanksgiving is just a week away, friends! Are you ready to enjoy family, friends, and food? The holiday season has officially kicked off and we’re pretty excited about it here at Toyota of Orlando. Thanksgiving isn’t just about food and football, though – it’s also about being thankful for the things that you have. What better way to do that than to give back to the community? That’s why we’re hosting a canned food drive here at our Orlando Toyota Auto Service Center and we’re rewarding our loyal customers who participate… if you bring in 2 canned goods between now and Thanksgiving, you’ll get $15 off your next auto service in Orlando!
Give back with the Toyota of Orlando Service Center!
It’s really that simple to both give back to the community here in Central Florida AND save some money on your routine auto service in Orlando! We’ll be collecting the canned goods for Second Harvest Food Bank, which is a local organization that distributes food to other local organizations in Central Florida. Did you know that 1 in 5 Central Floridians faces food insecurities and doesn’t know where their next meal will come from? Here’s the scoop on why it’s so important to support this phenomenal organization:
- Second Harvest Food Bank is a non-profit organization, so they rely on donations and contributions from others to provide these incredible services. That’s why our Toyota auto service center in Orlando is dedicated to collecting supplies for them – they serve an important part in our local community!
- Second Harvest Food Bank distributes food to over 550 organizations dedicated to fighting hunger and poverty in SIX different counties – Orange, Lake, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, and Brevard! That’s a lot of food, and it adds up to about 53 million meals a year and over 64 million pounds of food!
- Second Harvest Food Bank also works to bring awareness to the hunger and poverty problems in our community, as well as finding more holistic and sustainable solutions to end these issues altogether.
Save on your routine auto service before you hit the road for the holidays!
And YOU can help. Bring in your canned goods to our Orlando Auto Service techs and donate to Second Harvest Food Bank. Not only will you be doing good for the community and supporting Second Harvest, you’ll also be doing your wallet a favor. Like we said, two canned goods gets your $15 off of your routine auto service! Whether you’re heading out for a Thanksgiving road trip or staying in town to celebrate Turkey Day, you still need to keep up with car maintenance. Here are some of the things you should be considering:
- Oil changes
- Tire rotations
- Air filter changes
- Multi-point inspections
- Brake service
- Air-conditioning services
- Headlight restoration
- Coolant flush
And more! Why not save on these necessary elements of car maintenance? It’s easy!
