I sat down with some food from Mr. Toyota’s Cafe (yum!) and waited for my car to be serviced. Before I knew it, the keys were returned to me and I was on the road again. He stated “I had long been watching the development and building of this new site for a dealership, closer to our home than our former dealership. It is very convenient to get to off Route 4 and the Millenia Mall. I took my Prius to them right after their opening. Not only was I impressed by the physical and customer oriented showroom and service area, but I had the good fortune to be get Scott Siler as my service associate. He was courteous, knowledgable, and experienced. I was so pleased by his service, that I returned that same day with my wife’s Lexus for service, and the next day with my daughter’s Prius. That’s 3 vehicles in a 24 hour period! Very pleased ….welcome to the neighborhood!” This review in particular made us smile ear to ear. The fact that we have such loyal customers took the move from the old facility to the new with us, bring their families cars in, and continue to return is incredibly rewarding.
