Toyota is always moving forward…
Toyota is constantly working on ways to improve their current vehicles and release new ones that people will love. Currently Toyota is working on 8 concept cars (That we know of). Their names are A-BAT, F3R, FT-CH, FT-EV, FT-HS, HYBRID X, NLSV and PM.
First on the list of Toyota concept cars is the A-BAT. The A-BAT is what some people call the Prius Truck. Whether or not Toyota will actually release it as a part of the Prius family is a whole other subject! The A-BAT takes advanced technology and versatility and combines it into the truck of tomorrow. You will be able to fill up with bed of the truck with everything your family needs for the weekend adventures and easily find your way with a navigation system that is charged by a solar panel located on the dash! That is pretty incredible, huh? Just wait until Toyota unveils more on this truck. They would be crazy not to release such a versatile truck.
Concept Cars From Toyota Show Orlando Drivers What They Might Have In The Future
The following concept car from Toyota is the F3R, think… Sienna… gone hybrid… but better! This one is sure to be a favorite for families. It blends style, power and enough seating for the family. One interesting feature in the F3R is stadium seating. Each row back is positioned a little higher. This is perfect for families with small children that need to keep an eye on the third row.
The next Toyota concept car that is worth looking at is the FT-CH. The FT-CH is targeted to the younger demographic with its sleek exterior and trendy interior features. It is a hybrid like the Prius however gives a different look and better fuel efficiency. As the younger generations become more involved with the environment it is only fair they be provided with a car they can enjoy.
The FT-EV the next Toyota Concept Car up and it is something to look at! Its styling is similar to Scion’s iQ but adds a little spunk. It is a full electric vehicle that makes it a great match for the urban commuter. It is able to reach speeds up 70mph! Wow! Toyota is still working on this one trying to make it a good match for those outside the urban areas. We look forward to what they may come up with.
The FT-HS… That’s right. The FT-HS… This particular Toyota concept car is already stirring up chaos. There are rumors flying that this is the new Toyota Celica. That has yet to be confirmed or denied by Toyota so… Who knows?! All we do know is that is one exciting car. It perfectly combines a hybrid with a sports car. It flaunts a 3.5L V6 paired with Toyota’s Hybrid Synergy Drive technology! Not to mention… 400hp! You can have power and fuel efficiency? Sounds crazy, right? Wrong. Toyota has been working hard to build a car that people will run to and it looks like they have accomplished that.
Next up… The HYBRID X! It is already sounding pretty awesome. The HYBRID X is Toyota’s way of taking a big step into the future. The Hybrid X looks like something you would see in a futuristic film. But let’s face it; the time has come for something different. The HYBRID X is bold and vibrant while offering new unconventional creative solutions to hybrid designs. The HYBRID X is so technologically advanced that the driver is able to control interactive navigation, driving information and comfort all at the touch of a screen. Seems unreal doesn’t it? Just wait.
The last two concept cars from Toyota are the NLSV and the PM. Little information has been released on these two because they are in the beginning stages. The NLSV takes what looks like a Scion xB, adds a sliding door and a rounded rear. What it has in store for you once you open the sliding door is still a mystery. The PM seats one and is supposed to give the driver a “Fits like a glove feeling”… Kind of looks like something driven out of the Tron movie. Let’s see where that one goes.
